iPhone Application Development Begins

We have begun development on our first iPhone application expected to be released sometime in early-mid April. We can't go into the specifics of the application yet, but we will have more information as we draw closer to completion of the application. It will have sports-related functionality which is about as much as I can say right now. Follow the development here on the ElusiveMind blog as we will be chronicling development as we go.

Myth: The Fallen Lords

Myth: The Fallen Lords is the first game in the real-time tactical-based Myth series. It was revolutionary in its time for being the first truly real-time game that emphasized squad based strategy and tactics against a scripted artificial inteligence. It also was the first to offer an extensive multiplayer system by which players could gather, create, and play in ranked and unranked game play against other players via a central matchmaking server

Myth II: Soulblighter

Myth II: Soulblighter is Bungie's follow-up to Myth: The Fallen Lords, the 1997 Game of the Year. It featured improved graphics and gameplay and was a continuation of the story from the original game. It is by far the most popular of the games in the Myth trilogy with over 1000 community made addons including several conversions from World War II through Science Fiction game types.

Myth III: The Wolf Age

The history of Myth III is a tragically long one. Released in October of 2001, Myth III was intended to modernize the Myth engine, bringing 3D models and units into an improved graphics engine. Unfortunately the game was released before it had been fully developed and then consequently abandoned by the publisher and developer. This left the game in an unfinished state and was crippled to the point of being unplayable.
