Kim Bolton is a Christian Artist and Speaker that travels through out the country mostly speaking to Women's ministries. She is also part of a larger Christian Cruise which takes place every year in January or February. She was looking for a web site which she could use to showcase her ministry as well as be able to offer merchandise and list her appearances. All of these needed to be done in a manner in which she could manage and maintain the content herself.

One of our older development projects, it is not constructed in a content management system, but rather had custom-created content management components built for the site. The benefit of this was having a user-friendly content management panel which can be used by users without a lot of technical training.

Tech: Kim Bolton's web site is developed in a combination of HTML and PHP. The content management pieces (tour date management, news, and image management) are all custom build PHP and Perl solutions. The shopping cart is PowerMerchant and all checkout is performed on secure 128-bit encrypted SSL connections.
